Going Paperless, good for business, good for the consumer, not so good for the post office.
Let's face it, going paperless saves companies a LOT of money. They don't have to pay for postage, they don't have to pay for envelopes or paper, or for the labor to stuff and mail all those statement.
Going paperless is also good for you, mainly, helps you keep on top of your bills (real nice if you use a bill pay service), reduces postage costs and helps avoid identity theft. For those bills that come in the mail and for junk mail I shred it, then put it in the same bag I use when I clean the cat box... hee hee hee!
The side benefit to going green is of course using less paper means cutting down less trees and using less water and less pollution, 'cause making paper is NOT green.
So this is a win/win/win for all.
If you get an offer to go paperless then as they say ... Go For It!
