My Electric Bill is Fallin', Fallin'

Keep those Kilawatts off, (to the theme of RawHide). For those of you who follow my posts, and sorry since I moved they have gotten a little WaCkY! I am trying very very hard to reduce my electric bill. It has been working too! So I got my latest bill and....

(gotta do the happy dance here!) I have a credit, aprox 3 months worth of credit on my bill. Woo Hoo no bills for 3 months, then when I get it, they should be between $50 and $100 lower a month!

The only thing I don't understand is this - here is what they said my average daily usage was the last 3 years:

• 2 yrs ago 36.61
• 1 yr ago 32.37
• THIS year 25.71 (yea I'm good!) 

YET I am STILL in the TOP half of the 4th freakin tier, there are only 5 tiers, how is this possible!!!

I refuse to use candles and wood, ain't gonna happen!
