Good thing there isn't any AUDIO!

Finally, a convention for us Savers! This is going to be good! Since I am a Couponizer Coach and The Couponizer is a sponsor I will be going to the 1st show in CA!
There will be convention all over the country. I would like to ask my loyal readers and followers to check out the site below and give me your feedback, if you would be interested in going or not and the reasons why.

Twitter your way to savings
I use my Coke Rewards (in a prior post) to get magazines I wouldn't otherwise subscribe to. Currently I am getting Conde Nast Traveler.
In the recent October Issue there was the Perrin Report - and in it they explained how you can use Twitter to save money on travel. It works, I signed up for the suggestions and there is a round trip to Hawaii from LAX for $236!!!!! HoLey Moley!
Here are some of the sites they recommend, it is us to you to pick and choose which to sign up with cause you get ALOT to tweets! I have * the ones I signed up with so far.
@jetblue, @jetbluecheeps *, @unitedairlines*, @virginamerica, @connectbyhertz, @travel_ticker, @pleasantholiday*, @thenegotiator, @quikbook, @travelzoo, @fairmonthotels*, @hyattconcierge, @JDVhotels, @kimpton, @marriotintl, @airfarewatchdog*, @fareologist, @rickseaney*, @flyfrom___, @garyleff, @globtrav

Check Ebay before spending your cash!
We were out shopping recently and while in the store my husband looked at a baseball cap cleaner, they wanted $19.99 + $1.49 tx total $21.48 for it!
I found it on ebay for $.99 + $5.99 shipping = total $6.98
$14.50 in savings! If you want/need something you see but can wait for it, check out ebay before buying!
Just make sure to check the cost of the item and shipping BEFORE bidding!

Seal A Meal saves more then a meal
I highly recommend getting a food sealer. It saves you time and money.
I have had one for years, the good thing is you can buy bulk items like chicken(saving money) and then seperate it into however many smaller packs you need and seal each on seperately (saving time when you are ready to cook).
I also reseal chips, cookies, cheese, this extends the life of the items so there is less waste!

#1 Secret to Internet Savings
When you see something on TV, hear about it on Radio, Internet, etc and you go online to check it out, if you decide you want to buy it, go thru part of the process, then hit the back key like you have changed your mind BEFORE you commit to buying. Why?
Because lots of times if you do that you will get a lower price/free shipping/extra product offer.
IE I am looking at http://www.slimshotdiet.com/, the original cost to try it is $39.99, since I hit my back key not to buy it I was offered the same item at $24.99 a 40% savings.
I have noticed this happens at a lot, not all, but a lot of sites. So for a few minutes of your time you could save a lot of money!

Got Movies for under $21?
We went to the movies, and we used my coupons from the book so instead of paying $9 for the matinee (what a ripoff!) we paid $7.50 and because I have a Regal Card I got a coupon for a Free Small Drink so we got a large drink for Hubby and I brought 100 calorie snacks in my purse (well, they don't sell those there!).
So it cost us $20.50 to go to the movies (2 tickets & 2 drinks) Booyah!

Baja Fresh / Savings now $5.00/$2.00 Later
Baja Fresh - 24022 Alicia Parkway, Ste. E, Mission Viejo, CA
We go to Baja Fresh quite often for Lunch and Dinner. This one always gets our order right, which is harder then you think when the typical order goes like this:
I need 3 Chicken Taco's, Chicken only (no salsa) and add cheese (6.75 + 1.05), I need a Chicken Fajita Platter with no grilled veggies ( I don't like onions or peppers!) and no pico de galo (7.49) Plus 1 large drink ($1.99) & water ($1.59).
I had a $5.00 discount coupon so our bill went from $19.94 to $14.95, plus the receipt has a survey reward of $2.00 off a $5.00 or more order!
We highly recommend Baja Fresh, it is always good and they always get it right.
