I am on the Level Pay Plan for electricity, so I pay the same amount every month and every year they recalculate it on my actual use. It has been going down steadily, so this month I got my bill and.... I have a credit!
So next month no payment...wee....what I did was split the payment I would have made and sent extra payments to 2 bills.
Plus the month after that it will be 1/2 of the usual. I am hoping they will recalculate the payment and lower it for this year.
I finally got out of the 5th tier billing, now the goal is to get out of the 4th tier, but I have no idea how.
