Well I got another electric bill....woo hoo.... I am in the 4th tier now, at the TOP of the 4th tier, but down from 5.
Jan bill - '08 39.10 / '09 27.65 / current 25.33
Feb bill - '08 39.89/ '09 26.75 / current 26.73
I really need to talk my hubby into solar, that is the only way it is gonna get any lower.
