Paper or Water?

When faced with the dilema of saving water or saving trees what do you do? This conundrum comes into play most often with paper plates, should I or shoudn't I?

Well, if you think about it, we can always grow more trees, we can't grow more water.

So I go for the paper plates, since they don't need to be washed using up water and electricity. Plus the plates them selves can be recyled.
