Ohio
There are no natural lakes in the state of Ohio, every one is man made.

Pitcairn Island
The smallest island with country status is Pitcairn in Polynesia, at just 1.75 sq. miles.

The Great Lakes, which are included in Ohio were created as a result of the ice age when the earth was much, much colder than it is now.... Millions of years ago. ... I'm going to one of them tomorrow! :)
