I sent in my items with the following letter and pictures of all the items:
Dear Cash4Gold,
I am enclosing some of my old jewelry. I have sent you copies of the pictures I have taken along with the weight. All this jewelry states it is 14k gold. I have sent a similar package to GoldKit.com…
Thanks in advance.

I called the 800 # to check on my kit/offer on (Friday) 10/24, I asked the lady if they had received my items and if so what was the offer, she stated she couldn’t tell me what the offer was but that there was a check on its way.
*********************************************************
The day the check was cut and the day it was shipped where 3 days apart, since I am in California, and I work, I got the check at 6pm on 10/28,(wrong date as my earlier email shows was 9/29/8) I called in to let someone know I would not be accepting the cash and how do I go about getting my items back? I was told to mail the check back and once it was received my items would be returned to me.
I also sent an email that same day stating that I would like my items returned to me via UPS with 500 insurance and I gave my UPS number to use.
When I had not received my items I sent another e-mail requesting their return and that is when I received a reply back that they were pending shipment via FedEx.
I must say I am extremely unhappy with this turn of events. If the lady on the phone would have told me the amount of the check I would have told her right then, that I would be returning the check and would want my items returned.
While some of the items where broken, the 6 charms were not, they were in very nice and resellable condition via another source, ie Ebay, Amazon, PennySaver, etc.
When I called in and talked to Tony, an offer of $165.00 was made. I know for a fact that Items #3, #4 and #6 alone I would have been able to sell for more then that. Since I am unable to get my items back, and I made every reasonable effort to follow your guidelines I am requesting $300 for my items.
Sincerely,
Debby
