I did not get a call or email back from Tony, instead, MIke the manager called me, I explained to him what happened. He had the original emails in front of him, not my latest.
He agreed that I had done my best to follow the directions and explained things happen, (which I agree with) and then he offered my $225 for my items and then rounded it up to $300 for my inconvienece.
I agreed to that amount since that is what I was asking for in my last email.
I had still not received my check so I sent them an email with the correct dates and asked if the check had been sent and if so where to.
