We went to Roy's because I had received a $20 giftcard from Amex. We went to the bar for our usually drink and appetizer check out.
I had had a very very bad day so I started off with a Roy's Famous Mai Tai ($10.00) Very Very Good! Hubby had a Meyers and diet coke tall ($8.00). The food looks good but it is kinda foo foo (our word for regular items mixed with weird shit!) So we settled for the Scallop Appetizer. ($12.50). It was very good but there wasn't much of it.
Over all I like the place, the ambiance and service, however; we wouldn't eat here cause the food it too foo fooish and they are relatively expensive.
Our bill before the $20.00 gc and tax was $52.26, kind of high for 4 drinks and 1 small appetizer! Again the main reason we went was there are other restaurants in the area we like and it was a nice way to check it out with out spending a huge amount of money!
