I used my convection oven the other night to cook chicken while at the same time defrosting some chicken in the micro because my husband is a pain and I had him try the chicken first before telling him I did it in the convection oven or he would have refused.
Well guess what HE LIKED it, no duh! So I finished cooking the rest of the chicken from the micro in the convection oven also.
Then a few days later he wanted me to cook chicken again and I used the convection oven. It is great I saved time & energy (no preheating the oven, no defrosting the chicken and then cooking it) I put the frozen chicken in the convection over, cooked for 20 min and WaLa it was done. And because I didn't use the oven I didn't heat up my house so I didn't have to spend energy cooling it back down.
Oh yea (doing a happy dance here!) I love my Convection Oven!!!
